New homes coming to the heart of Kirkkonummi
WELCOME TO THE TALLINMÄKI BLOCK!
The Tallinmäki mini town block is set to take shape in the very heart of the town, in front of the church, offering homes for approximately 500 residents. This unique block will bring together modern living, high-quality design, and an excellent location. Comfort and practicality will also be high priorities. The plan change for the area was approved last year, and construction will start with the demolition of old office buildings.
New, individual homes
The Tallinmäki block is set to encompass three pleasant apartment blocks, offering a variety of options for residents of all ages.
The complex is being designed to have larger-than-average apartments suitable for modern, comfortable life. Duplex apartments will also be available, creating welcoming spaces and flexibility for everyday life.
The first apartment block is currently being planned, and will feature a total of 28 new homes. The apartments will range from studios to 4–5-room units, with sizes in the range of approximately 29–121 m².
Technical design of the site is underway, so all of the aforementioned details are still subject to changes.

The forthcoming residential block will be located next to Kirkkonummi Square, the church, and Fyyri Library. Furthermore, in the years to come, the area around the square will be regenerated by the municipality to make it even more welcoming, offering residents a wonderful environment in which to spend time and enjoy events.
